Requirements

One to two years of automotive parts experience in a retail or dealership setting
Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
Proficient in computer use
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license with a clean or near clean driving record
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

Order, receive, and process billing for parts
Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
Stock shelves to ensure parts availability
Assist retail customers and service technicians, including answering phone inquiries
Conduct parts inventory management through bin counts and accurate record keeping
Perform parts pick-up and delivery as needed
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by management
