Parts Counterperson

Requirements
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated team player
- One to two years of automotive parts experience required, preferably in retail or dealership settings
- Computer literate with familiarity of parts database systems
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
- Flexible availability including some evenings, Saturdays, and/or Sundays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching
Nice To Haves
- Experience with pallet jacks preferred
- Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, or similar dealer management systems
- Knowledge of OEM websites, parts catalogs, and locator tools preferred
Responsibilities
- Order, receive, and bill parts accurately
- Maintain organized and clean parts storage and work areas
- Stock shelves and manage inventory through bin counts and record keeping
- Assist retail customers and technicians in person and by phone
- Coordinate pick-up and delivery of parts
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
