Lynch Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Mukwonago has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Counterperson! We are seeking an individual skilled in customer service, and one who possesses a general knowledge of vehicle parts. Must come with a positive attitude and willingness to hustle! Hours: Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday 8:00am-1:00pm (with Saturday flexibility) Who We Are: Lynch is a family-owned group of Automotive Dealerships and Commercial Truck Centers that has been operating for over 65 years! Requirements
- Experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license
- Candidates must be 18
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a part of a team
Responsibilities
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock
- Complete special-order parts requests for customers and service personnel
- Communicate with customer on parts order status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
