As a Parts Counterperson , you will play a key role in supporting HoneyCar’s service and sales operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and professional parts support. You’ll be responsible for assisting internal technicians and external customers with parts inquiries, sourcing, pricing, and fulfillment while delivering a high level of customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. You’ll work closely with the service team to keep repairs moving efficiently and ensure customers receive the right parts at the right time.
