About The Position

This is a full-time "New" hire position designed for individuals looking to transition into a career as a Master Certified Ford Parts Specialist. The dealership is specifically looking for motivated candidates, including service technicians or car enthusiasts, who possess mechanical knowledge and a drive to succeed in specialized dealership operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency with computers/business machines
  • Ability to multitask in an environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience or customer service training is a plus
  • Spanish bilingual skills are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide price quotes over the phone and inform customers about companion parts and product lines.
  • Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items and handle emergency orders from outside sources.
  • Keep orderly records of repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates; follow up on back-ordered parts.
  • Participate in all available training programs and stay updated on new Ford products.
