Requirements

  • Ability to identify issues quickly and problem-solve
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Ability to learn new technology, systems, and automotive procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive, friendly attitude and commitment to customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Auto parts or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping parts
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking inventory
  • Responding quickly to technicians’ parts requests
  • Researching and locating products for customers and service staff
  • Running inventory reports to help maintain accurate stock levels
  • Professional handling of phones and counter sales as needed
  • Effectively communicating with employees, customers, managers, vendors, and the public
  • Warehouse duties as needed
  • Possible porter duties as needed, including helping move vehicles or supporting dealership operations
