Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter person for our Freightliner of New Stanton heavy truck dealership. Description for Parts Counter: In person/phone/email/online sales Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment Meet sales goals and gross profit goals Order parts according to dealership procedures Maintain special order parts for service department Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service Maintain a clean and safe work area Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes Provide written quotes to customers as needed Process core/warranty according to company guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One-Two years sales experience preferred
• Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
• Order parts according to dealership procedures
• Maintain special order parts for service department
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service

• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines
