Requirements

Dealership experience required.
Two years Parts Counter Experience Required
A valid driver's license and a good driving record, by company standards.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Detail oriented with great organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize.
High school or equivalent required.
Ability to work Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
Must pass background/MVR check and pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Reynolds - Ignite/DMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships, going above and beyond to ensure a lifetime customer.
Perform retail sales counter transactions for parts and catalog items.
Assist with wholesale parts, including inventory and shipping and receiving.
Obtain brand specific product knowledge and present the knowledge in a manner that reflects pride in the product.
Work closely with other departments to provide a cohesive customer experience.
