We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Parts Counter Specialist to join our team. This full-time role requires direct interaction with customers to accurately identify and locate automotive parts and accessories. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer use, including internet research
- Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
- Ability to accurately read and follow written instructions
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive industry experience preferred
- Dealership experience is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock incoming parts and accessories promptly and accurately
- Locate parts and accessories using inventory systems and external sources as needed
- Coordinate delivery and installation of parts when required
- Monitor and maintain accurate parts inventory and storage organization
- Stay informed on product knowledge, including vehicles, parts, accessories, and current promotions
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and prepare timely inventory and sales reports
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of parts following company procedures
- Perform warehouse housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations
