You’ll assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians by identifying, sourcing, and selling the correct parts and accessories. This role includes counter sales, inventory support, and basic warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter; look up and sell required parts.
- Process transactions and bill repair orders accurately.
- Handle special orders and notify customers when parts arrive.
- Support inventory tasks, including cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments.
- Maintain an organized parts counter and stockroom.
- Fulfill e‑commerce orders and respond to online inquiries.
- Prepare outgoing deliveries and coordinate with drivers.
- Log lost sales and assist with general parts‑related questions.
