About The Position
Job Duties Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line Pull purchased parts from stock Field phone calls, provide price quotes and other required information Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards QualificationsRequirements
Requirements
- 5 or more years automotive Parts department experience required (Dealer preferred)
- Knowledge of Ford, Reynolds and Wholesale is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check
