Summary Do you have experience in Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Retail? We’ve got the job for you! As a Parts Counterperson, you will be the key liaison between the dealership and its customers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of parts-related transactions. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, giving accurate price quotes, and supplying vehicle-specific information. You will manage parts orders, process payments, and track inventory, ensuring both incoming and outgoing parts are accurately documented. Additionally, you'll fulfill customer orders, locate out-of-stock items, and reference parts manuals to identify the correct parts for vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient service. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operations of the dealership’s parts department.
