Parts Counter Sales Rep - Porsche North Miami

Porsche North Miami is opening soon, and we are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one!
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required.
- A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
- A self-starter who is eager to contribute to process improvements.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with CDK is strongly preferred.
- Experience with parts inventory systems used by Porsche or other Volkswagen Group brands (e.g., Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately ordering and sourcing parts to meet service needs.
- Providing timely and accurate quotes to service advisors, service technicians, and retail customers.
- Ensuring effective communication by providing updates on parts availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
- Supporting service technicians and advisors by quickly addressing parts inquiries to minimize downtime.
- Communicating parts and delivery concerns with the manufacturer to get resolution when necessary.
- Assisting with inventory, receiving, stocking, shipping, and ordering when necessary.
- Actively identifying opportunities to enhance and improve efficiency within the parts department.
