Requirements

Previous experience in an automotive parts department is required.
A customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
A self-starter who is eager to contribute to process improvements.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with CDK is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurate order and source parts to meet service needs.
Provide timely and accurate quotes to service advisors, service technicians, and retail customers.
Ensure effective communication by providing updates on parts availability, delivery timelines, and pricing.
Support Service Technicians and Advisors by quickly addressing parts inquiries to minimize downtime.
Communicate parts and delivery concerns with the manufacturer to get resolution when necessary.
Assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, shipping, and ordering when necessary.
Actively identify opportunities to enhance and improve efficiency within the parts department.
