As a Parts Counter Representative, you'll support both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts--contributing to customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

- Support both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians, by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts
- Maintain an unparalleled level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Focus on customer and technician satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding parts questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy.
- Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.
