About The Position
Are you detail oriented and ready to show off your parts knowledge with a great company? PNP (Packer Norris Parts) in Essex, MD is searching for a Parts Counter Rep (Ford) to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the coordination and sales of parts to all internal and external customers. Base salary plus commission $60,000 - $90,000 based on Ford experience, Full time hours Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life and Supplemental Insurance offerings available after the 1st of the month after 30 days 401k with company contribution Paid time off Company paid holidays Tuition Reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Opportunity to advance...we promote from within
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts
- Upselling specials as well as informing customers of companion part requirements
- Providing price quotes, receiving payments, and obtaining credit authorizations
- Following up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
- Coordinate any procurements of necessary parts in conjunction with the assistant parts manager
- All other duties as assigned
