About The Position

Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Level 3 Parts Counter to fill parts orders, perpetual inventory, provide parts advice to guests/techs, and diagnose any additional guest needs via prospecting and follow-ups. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid drivers license.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.

Responsibilities

Fill out parts orders.
Perpetual inventory.
Provide parts advice to guests/techs.
Provide exceptional customer service to all store customers.
Operate the electronic and paper cataloging system to retrieve up-to-date parts information.
