Requirements
- Automotive knowledge or dealership experience preferred (Subaru experience a plus)
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a standard background check
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Subaru experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts lookups, quotes, and orders
- Source and order OEM and aftermarket parts efficiently through dealer systems and vendor networks
- Maintain and organize parts inventory, including receiving, labeling, and stocking
- Handle wholesale, retail, and internal parts sales — both in person and over the phone
- Process returns, warranties, and special orders accurately
- Support the service department by ensuring timely parts availability for scheduled repairs
- Deliver top-notch customer service and contribute to our positive, team-oriented culture
