Requirements

  • Previous CDK experience is preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years of experience working within an automotive Parts Department.
  • Previous automotive parts experience required (dealership experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, components, and parts terminology.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong inventory and data-entry accuracy.
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with dealership parts management systems is a plus.
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to retail and wholesale customers, in person and over the phone.
  • Assist service technicians in identifying, locating, and ordering correct automotive parts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts movement.
  • Order parts and supplies for the dealership and service department.
  • Advise customers on parts, accessories, and equipment specific to their vehicle.
  • Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
