Parts Counter Admin/Estimator
About The Position
As part of the Tech24 team, the Parts Counter Administrator / Estimator plays a critical role in supporting service operations and field technicians. This position is responsible for sourcing parts, building accurate repair estimates, and coordinating with vendors, technicians, and customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring parts availability, accurate pricing, and clear communication throughout the repair process.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of administrative, parts coordination, or estimating experience (service or repair industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with service software, Microsoft Office, and data entry systems
- Experience working with vendors, purchase orders, and pricing is preferred
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, or refrigeration parts is a plus
