About The Position

Parts Coordinator Transdev in Norcross, GA is hiring a Parts Coordinator. The Parts Coordinator performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning and fueling with limited supervision. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of minimum $45,000 – Maximum $55,000 Benefits include: Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years of parts room experience
Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the ordering, receiving, and stocking of diesel parts and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
Work closely with maintenance technicians to ensure timely parts availability
Source parts from vendors and negotiate pricing when necessary
Track and monitor backorders and expedite urgent parts requests
Maintain records of purchases, warranties, and vendor information
Ensure proper storage and organization of parts in the warehouse
Process invoices and ensure accuracy of billing and documentation
Assist with budgeting and cost control for parts and supplies
Follow all safety and compliance standards related to parts handling and storage
