About The Position

Atlas Toyota Material Handling is currently hiring a full-time Parts Coordinator to join our team based in Byron, Minnesota. This role will be responsible for overseeing processes, inventories, and activities of the branch location/region assigned. The position will handle parts counter, shipping & receiving, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Company Business System.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Have excellent customer service and organizational skills; communicates professionally and courteously.
  • This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for purchasing, inventory, receiving and delivery of all products we offer in the most efficient manner possible.
  • Responsible to maintain and seek business relations with all current and potential suppliers.
  • Responsible to operate the Parts Department in an efficient and profitable manner for the company. Makes any suggestions or recommendations to increase the success of the department or company.
  • Take and process orders by entering it into the Atlas business system. This includes choosing a proper vendor and confirming pricing and availability.
  • Provide a price quote and availability to the customer/technician as well as any available options.
  • Ship customer orders either via UPS/FedEx or truck line. This includes the final confirmation by double checking the packing slip for accuracy.
  • Responsible for the safe loading and unloading of product using a lift truck when needed.
  • Assist our Sales Team with equipment viewings for customers.
  • Provide a clean, positive, and safe work environment for all employees and customers.
  • Responsible for all building maintenance including the inventory of office and break room supplies.
  • Will handle customer service including but not limited to, answering phone calls, greeting customers and visitors and managing incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, mail, and packages.
  • Other duties as assigned.
