About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Parts Warehouse Coordinator . Essential Duties: Accurately and timely receive, store, issue, and ship materials to and from the warehouse while maintaining electronic inventory integrity. Manage inventory accuracy through proper issuing, cycle counting, variance reporting, and root cause analysis. Provide accurate invoicing and billing by entering all required materials and services on applicable order types. Sort, label, stock, and distribute materials according to part-number sequence and established procedures. Fill requisitions, work orders, and material requests and distribute items accordingly. Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate records and transactions. Prepare products for domestic and international shipment using proper packing techniques and determine appropriate shipping methods. Source, quote, purchase, and bill parts and services at competitive pricing while following company policies and procedures. Coordinate with sales, purchasing, shipping, receiving, and other departments to reconcile inventory and meet branch objectives. Assist with supplier management, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Operate forklifts, lifts, and company vehicles to transport materials and pick up items from vendors as needed. Comply with all company HR, Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related warehouse, parts, or inventory experience.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing and billing processes.
  • Knowledge of industrial engines, compressors, and related spare parts preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with personnel at all levels.
  • Solid math aptitude for inventory calculations and forecasting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers for fine motor skills and good hand/eye coordination.
  • Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme heat and/or cold conditions.
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Ability to push/pull up to 70 pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles.
