About The Position

Parts Clerk Transdev (Charm City Circulator) in Baltimore, Maryland is hiring a Parts Clerk. The Parts Clerk performs basic vehicle servicing, cleaning and fueling with limited supervision. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of parts room experience
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Computer literate with strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work shift or flexible work schedules as needed
  • Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive and stock parts; maintain storage area
  • Processing invoices for parts received
  • Assisting in inventory accuracy
  • Computer data entry & pulling reports
  • Maintain files and other related records
  • Other duties as required
