Sudden Service, INC (SSI) is a subsidiary of the Taylor Group of Companies, a third-generation family-owned business based in Louisville, MS since 1927. Duties/Responsibilities: Pulls parts and labels them correctly. Organizes and prioritizes parts pick up & deliveries. Receives and checks in parts. Create, process and manage purchase orders, sales orders and work orders using company computer systems. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the system. Verify order accuracy, pricing and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery. Monitor stock levels, perform inventory counts and assist with reordering as needed. Assists in keeping the Service Center clean and organized. Other duties as assigned.
