Requirements
- At least 18 years old or older
- Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Pass a background check
- Team player - work well with others
- Self-motivated - be able to work without supervision
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Work under pressure
- Evaluate and solve problems
- Have previous Parts Clerk experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Evaluate and solve problems
- Strong people and employee relations skills
- Computer knowledge helpful
- Employee must be in good standing without any disciplinary actions within 6 months
- Available for any shift (including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Able to lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities
- Supervise clerks to verify that daily tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel
- Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
- Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for Maintenance personnel
- Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and ensure shift coverage
- Tasks assigned by manager
