Parts Clerical Position Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description & Duties: Assists in the day to do operations of the warehouse in a clerical role. Key responsibilities typically include but not limited to: Maintain and reconcile the daily routes of cash received from the daily sale of parts. Maintain the credit card customer database with current information. Process credit card payments Clear and concise communications with parts director, and colleague, including keeping the parts director appraised as to missing routes and missing funds. Assist with other functions regarding receivables (help with monthly statement, getting invoices and credit memos for customers) Organize daily COD invoices in route order; Take incoming customer calls for credit card payments; Respond to all voicemail and email messages. Files all completed paperwork as needed. Maintains high customer satisfaction standards. Maintains a professional appearance. Keeps work area clean.
