Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, parts sales, or cashiering preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends with some late nights
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software
  • Self-starter with an ambitious and outgoing spirit
  • Enthusiastic about learning the BMW product line
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members
  • Strong attention to details while multi-tasking in your daily work
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Reliable while working efficiently with daily tasks

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating and purchasing the correct BMW parts and accessories.
  • Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and warranties.
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
