Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, parts sales, or cashiering preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Available to work flexible hours and weekends with some late nights
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Comfortable with technology and learning new software
Self-starter with an ambitious and outgoing spirit
Enthusiastic about learning the BMW product line
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and team members
Strong attention to details while multi-tasking in your daily work
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
Reliable while working efficiently with daily tasks

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating and purchasing the correct BMW parts and accessories.
Process cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized.
Answer customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and warranties.
Communicate effectively with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
