Job Purpose: The Phone Center Representative is the go-to person for our customers, handling inbound calls to help them find the right parts, generate parts sales and ensure they have a positive experience. Requirements

High School Diploma, college degree preferred.
Required 10 years of parts counter experience
Strong understanding of basic truck systems
The ability to use business systems for daily tasks.
Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
Proven customer service skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer use, especially Google Applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Dependable, with reliable attendance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls with dedication and determination, striving to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Record customer information accurately in our systems, ensuring that all details are captured for future reference and follow-up.
Deliver friendly and efficient service, helping customers with parts selection and providing information on products and services to enhance their experience.
Provide price quotes, inform customers about specials, and keep them updated on the status of their orders.
Continuously update personal knowledge of products and customer service techniques, contributing to the team's overall skill enhancement.
Engage in all assigned learning modules: Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development, embracing opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.
Work closely with fellow team members to tackle customer inquiries and find solutions together, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
Maintain accurate records and manage resources wisely to ensure optimal service delivery and data integrity, which includes detailed tracking in the purchase order system.
