About The Position

Great Western Trailer (GWT) is hiring a full-time Parts Associate at our Oklahoma City, OK location. This role is essential to supporting our Parts and Service Departments by driving parts sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering excellent customer service. Who Were Looking For GWT is looking for motivated individuals who are: Customer-Oriented Comfortable engaging with walk-in customers and building relationships. Organized & Detail-Oriented Able to manage inventory and process transactions accurately. Mechanically Knowledgeable Familiar with trailer parts and service operations. Team Players Willing to support both the front counter and shop floor.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
  • Experience with dealer management systems (Karmak Fusion preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of trailer parts.
  • Service writing experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Staff the front parts counter and process over-the-counter sales.
  • Receive payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Deliver parts to customers as needed.
  • Handle shipping and receiving duties.
  • Process parts requests from service technicians and ensure proper documentation on repair orders.
  • Assist the Parts Manager with inventory control and stock level monitoring.
  • Support sales efforts by reaching out to new and existing customers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
