Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Excellent data entry and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond
Basic understanding of accounting/math practices

Nice To Haves

Experience with EPass is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor customer portals and email regularly
Order parts and track delivery status
Receive and organize incoming parts inventory
Process and ship parts returns in a timely manner
Coordinate with customer service to schedule service calls
Process customer payments as needed
Maintain accurate inventory and records
Communicate order updates and timelines to customers
Handle escalated customer inquiries when needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and timely service
Prepare orders for shipping and complete invoicing documentation
Continue learning product lines and systems
Occasionally Run or transport parts to Service Techs in the field or to other Distribution locations.
Support additional tasks as assigned
