We are currently looking for a Parts Assistant to join our Maintenance Department! The Parts Assistant directly supports our Parts Manager and is responsible for issuing, ordering and organizing Tractor and Trailer parts as well as keeping track of stock content. This position has a great schedule of Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm!

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Valid driver's license required
• MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook calendar and email management
• Excellent data entry and attention to detail
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical testing and a background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous maintenance or inventory control background helpful

Responsibilities

• Parts inventory
• Ordering and issuing parts
• Processing work orders
• Reconciling parts inventory to database
• Bag & tag all warrantable parts for claim and insure work order selection is flagged
• Perform cycle counts monthly
• Providing assistance to contractors, company drivers, and staff members as needed
• Other duties as assigned
