Job Description Earthborne, Inc is looking for a Parts, Service, Sales, & Rentals Representative at our Warrington, PA location. Must be a motivated individual with an eagerness to solve customer problems and provide solutions’, grow strong customer relationships, and create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream. The main responsibility of the position is to promote our core values, Parts sales, Service sales, Rentals and equipment leads to contractors, Tree and Landscape experts as well as construction-related businesses. The applicant must have customer service and sales skills, equipment knowledge and be committed to the position.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Non-CDL, DOT medical card (or ability to obtain.)
  • Strong PC Skills, be able to self-develop, adapt to changing technology.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be a team-player with the ability to manage multiple items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, work a territory that is different each day, call upon PSSR Opportunity’s.
  • Maintain current customers as well.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships to create a steady and ever-growing revenue stream.
  • Become a solution expert and sell products and services that showcase your expertise and support for the customer.
  • Work with limited supervision and maintain a CRM daily.
  • Attend all sales calls and meetings.
  • Must be a good listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be innovative and creative; maintain good judgment when making decisions.
  • Must be willing to work shifts needed, including days, nights, and/or weekends to meet customer demands.
