About The Position

Bretz RV & Marine is excited to be opening our newest dealership in Mankato, Minnesota. We are a family-owned and operated company with locations across Montana, Washington, and Idaho, and we’re proud to bring our customer-first mindset and team-focused culture to the Mankato area. We’re looking for a Camping & Boating Advisor who enjoys working with customers, selling parts and accessories, and helping new RV owners feel confident through clear, friendly show-throughs. Requirements

• Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or retail sales preferred
• Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales experience and comfort working with customers
• Stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Bend, kneel, or reach during inspections and show-throughs
• Climb in and out of RVs, boats, and truck beds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with RV and marine parts and accessories
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Process sales, maintain inventory, and restock as needed
• Conduct RV walk-throughs at delivery
• Explain features, systems, safety equipment, and basic maintenance
• Answer customer questions to ensure a smooth ownership experience
• Shipping & Receiving duties for service and parts departments
• Other duties as assigned
