Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Salesperson in Monahans
About The Position
We’re looking, we’re growing, we’re winning. Monahans Auto is adding a Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Salesperson to support both of our brands: Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chevrolet, and GMC. This role is for someone who enjoys helping technicians and retail customers get the right parts the first time, supports a busy shop, and wants to grow with a solid dealership group. You will work the parts counter for both our CDJR and Chevrolet/GMC stores, assisting technicians, wholesale accounts, and walk-in customers. You’ll look up parts, create and manage tickets, coordinate with service advisors, help maintain inventory accuracy, and support smooth daily operations in the parts department. Accuracy, communication, and follow-through are key.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts, service, or dealership experience is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using parts look-up systems and basic computer tools.
- Able to communicate clearly with technicians, advisors, and customers.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player focused on doing things the right way.
