Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and accessories is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories that meet their needs and preferences.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, applications, and compatibility.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and keep the sales area organized and presentable.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.
