Partnerships Program Specialist (CONTRACTOR)
About The Position
The Partnerships Program Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives to drive growth and value for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer related questions or assistance. All phone calls will be recorded.
Requirements
- Experience working 1+ years veterinary space and/or 1+ years sales experience is preferred!
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ambition, self-discipline, and a commitment to both personal and professional development.
- Confident, energetic, and skilled communicator.
- Team player, who excels in cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers/prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales.
- Leveraging various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more
- Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day along with sending emails to Veterinarians introducing to them the value of Otto
- Meet and exceed monthly goals
- Work with multiple internal teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless
