About The Position

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support the launching, managing, and scaling of key partnerships for Lyft in support of our Rideshare line of business. These partnerships spread across a number of verticals and product areas with a focus on Lyft’s Riders through our Travel, Pay, and Rewards partners. Reporting to the Director of Rideshare Business Development, you will be on a team that accelerates growth and drives revenue for the largest line of business. You are passionate about consumer technology, operational efficiencies, and are a great problem solver. As a Partnerships Operations Manager you will need to be comfortable and enjoy working with a wide range of cross functional teams: finance, accounting, business development, and customer service. You will develop, evaluate, and improve processes and tools in order to improve day-to-day operations and efficiencies for our business development team. We are looking for individuals who love solving interesting problems, are highly adaptable, and care deeply about customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of experience in operations, sales management, or a related function, with a proven ability to manage processes, support cross-functional stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency.

  • Must demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology and have strong analytical skills and a deep interest in data-driven solutions to provide the best recommendations for our sales teams and clients

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of each of our partnerships in order to represent them across Lyft
  • Ensure Lyft’s support teams have the appropriate content to support customer concerns
  • Work with finance to set up POs and maintain them over the course of the year
  • Lead monthly invoice management and support the team in looking into any discrepancies in partnership with accounting
  • Work with our business analytics team to automate monthly reporting for partners and create an operational framework for consistency
  • Help organize and track annual goals for each partnerships
  • Own ad-hoc projects end-to-end and ensure they’re completed
  • Familiarize yourself with partner performance and data and create ways for the team access, retrieve, and share key metrics
