About The Position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Partnerships & Licensing Manager. The Partnerships & Licensing Manager will lead operational excellence across Fabletics’ licensing and partnership portfolio, ensuring programs run smoothly and efficiently. This role oversees day-to-day execution, including contract compliance, partner deliverables, and the processes that support scalable growth. Success in this position requires comfort navigating complexity, creating structure in ambiguous situations, and serving as a key connector between internal teams and external partners. A strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and proactive approach to problem-solving are critical. As Fabletics continues to expand its network of collaborations, this role plays a vital part in maintaining operational rigor, upholding brand standards, and enabling long-term growth through consistent, high-quality execution. This role reports into the VP, Celebrity and Strategic Partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, licensing, brand marketing, or related operational roles.
  • Proven experience managing contractual deliverables and multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines.
  • High financial acumen with budget tracking and invoice processing experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Licensing & Partnership Operations Own day-to-day management of all active licensing programs.
  • Track and enforce contractual deliverables, ensuring full compliance across timelines, reporting, and brand standards.
  • Maintain centralized oversight of partner obligations and Fabletics commitments.
  • Anticipate operational risks and proactively escalate issues with recommended solutions.
  • Product Seeding Strategy Execution Execute end-to-end product seeding programs in alignment with partnership objectives.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand and partner strategy.
  • Build and maintain seeding lists in collaboration with Marketing, PR, and Brand teams.
  • Oversee kit production, packaging, and logistics to ensure timely, on-brand delivery.
  • Manage product orders and coordinate inventory allocation with Merchandising and Planning teams.
  • Financial & Administrative Management Process invoices and support accurate budget tracking across partnerships and licensing programs.
  • Monitor spend against approved budgets and flag variances proactively.
  • Support forecasting and reporting needs for partnership initiatives.
  • Timeline & Calendar Management Develop and maintain detailed partnership calendars and milestone trackers.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on key dates, launches, and deliverables.
  • Drive accountability across internal stakeholders to meet execution timelines.
  • Asset & Information Management Organize and maintain partnership assets, creative files, contracts, and documentation.
  • Ensure version control and accessibility across relevant stakeholders.
  • Build scalable systems to improve documentation and workflow efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the operational liaison across Legal, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Creative, and Supply Chain.
  • Translate strategic partnership goals into actionable workstreams.
  • Facilitate internal alignment meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
