About The Position

This role will focus on developing strategic relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and expanding existing partner engagements to drive adoption of Demandbase data within third-party platforms and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the data, SaaS, or technology industry, preferably with OEM or embedded product partnerships.
  • Proven success in selling data solutions, APIs, or SaaS products and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B data ecosystem, including intent data, firmographics, technographics, and enrichment providers.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a track record of managing and expanding partnerships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal teams to support partnership initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling our Powered by Demandbase Data solutions to key partners.
  • Develop OEM Partnerships by owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – for new and existing partnerships.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand the adoption of Powered by Demandbase Data within partner ecosystems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, including product, marketing, and sales leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Product Marketing, and Implementation) to tailor solutions and ensure seamless partner onboarding and success.
  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategies with partners to drive adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and qualify new technology partner opportunities that align with Demandbase’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures that align with company objectives.
  • Exceed Revenue Targets by effectively managing pipeline, tracking sales performance, and providing accurate forecasts to leadership.
