About The Position

This role is ideal for a collaborative, creative marketer who thrives on building authentic partnerships and driving impactful activations. As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of partnership campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, in-game, and experiential. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every activation is strategic, engaging, and aligned with brand goals. This position requires a balance of creativity, project management, and analytical thinking, allowing you to track performance and improve future campaigns. You will have the opportunity to influence the partner experience, strengthen relationships, and contribute to the growth of high-profile initiatives. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move projects forward without complete information.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Passion for partnerships, people, and creating meaningful marketing experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Multilingual skills or sports marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day marketing execution of partnership campaigns from kickoff to completion.
  • Translate partnership concepts into compelling activations across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Creative, Brand, Social, Paid Media, Product, Communications, Sports Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with external partners.
  • Manage project timelines, assets, approvals, and deliverables in partnership with project management.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, enhance partner engagement, and improve results.
  • Use campaign performance metrics and post-campaign insights to inform future strategies.
