About The Position

We are seeking an organized, relationship-driven, and mission-focused Part Time Partnership Engagement Coordinator. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with churches, civic groups, businesses, and nonprofits; speaking to diverse audiences; and inspiring others to support Wellspring through giving, volunteering, and partnership. This position carries a donor portfolio and plays a key role in development and organizational growth. The Partner Engagement Coordinator builds meaningful community partnerships and grows financial support to expand Wellspring’s impact. This role blends relationship-building, donor engagement, and public outreach. Representing Wellspring with warmth, clarity, and purpose throughout the community.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of development or fundraising experience
• Experience with donor databases (Bloomerang preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and mission-driven
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and obtain DOT certification

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with community partners
• Represent Wellspring at community events and gatherings
• Identify new opportunities to share Wellspring’s mission
• Track partner communication and maintain consistent engagement
• Deliver engaging presentations to inspire giving, volunteering, and partnership
• Support tours, visits, and on-site guest experiences
• Ensure all interactions reflect Wellspring’s culture of belonging
• Manage and steward a donor portfolio
• Track donor interactions and ensure timely follow-up
• Identify new donor prospects through community engagement
• Support fundraising and stewardship events
• Assist with event logistics, hosting, and follow-up
• Recruit and support Wellspring ambassadors and volunteers
