About The Position

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking to hire a Partnership Agreement Administrator. The Agreement Administrator role supports the Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) by administering a broad portfolio of research and commercialization agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), cooperative research and development agreements (CRADAs), strategic partnership projects (SPPs), license agreements, inter-institutional agreements (IIAs), and intellectual property management plans (IPMPs). This position requires a self-starter who focuses on timely and accurate processing of agreements, monitoring contractual obligations, database entry and management, and maintaining agreements and records in accordance with federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of demonstrated knowledge of contract language, contract administration practices, intellectual property concepts, and compliance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft and manage agreements, maintain accurate and complete records, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and data management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects while working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required

Responsibilities

  • Manage all TPO-related agreements from creation through its full lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate and complete agreement records in shared folders, the TPO’s Sophia agreement tracking database, and SRNL’s Work Easy tool.
  • Track and report on the compliance of agreements, such as, deliverables, key agreement terms, reporting obligations, payment dates, and expiration dates.
  • Identify and elevate potential compliance issues
  • Generate reports summarizing agreement status
  • Support annual technology transfer reporting to DOE and other stakeholders
  • Assist in developing and improving workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure efficient and compliant agreement management
  • Prepare internal metrics and dashboards to support TPO performance reporting
  • Prepare initial drafts of standard form agreements (NDAs, IPMPs) using approved templates
  • Draft correspondence to licensees regarding contract compliance
  • Prepare invoices for external partner billing
