About The Position

Partner Support Specialists are charged with the responsibility of working with our current partners. Management begins right before the establishment goes live with Video Gaming. Once the location goes live, our commitment continues on, building a mutually successful partnership. As a Partner Support Specialist, you are responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships within your assigned territory for the purpose of retention and revenue growth of Year over Year performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced problem resolution skills and negotiations
  • Ability to create and manage marketing initiatives
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match with appropriate products and services
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Core computer and Microsoft Office competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Minimum of 21 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes industry data to educate establishment owners
  • Manage daily relations and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Ensure service levels are maintained as expected
  • Schedule regular visits to establishments for purpose of retention and revenue growth once/twice every 90 days
  • Support permitted standard marketing requests
  • Proactively addressing client issues.
  • Performs special projects and related duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for maintaining the business as directed
  • Maintain updates and historical data in CRM system
  • Protect our and our partner’s licenses by ensuring proper maintenance and communications of all compliance related categories.
  • Build relationship with Sales Ops and BDMs and continue to bring optimizations into all cross functional groups
