About The Position

As a Partner Solutions Engineer at EliseAI, you will sit at the intersection of business and engineering, owning and executing our technical strategic partnerships. This role requires both a commercial and technical mindset, where you will manage critical partner relationships and ensure successful integrations of our AI-powered solutions with partner systems. You will work closely with both technical and business teams internally and externally to guarantee the long-term success and value of each partnership. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in scaling our partner ecosystem and driving business growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Partnerships, Integrations, or Backend Engineering
• Strong technical foundation, including understanding of system architecture fundamentals and APIs. Comfortable reading and reasoning about code (Python or similar)
• Experience working directly with external technical stakeholders (e.g., vendor engineering teams, customer technical teams)
• Ability to think strategically about integrations: assess tradeoffs, prioritize effectively, and make sound technical decisions
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage timelines, track dependencies, escalate issues when needed, and drive work to completion
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Shape how systems connect: You will design how EliseAI integrates with the broader ecosystem. This means defining how data flows between platforms, making key architecture decisions, and identifying gaps in both our API and our partners’ APIs. When new functionality is needed, you’ll work closely with Engineering to scope and prioritize the right solutions.
• Take integrations from idea to launch: You will drive integrations end to end, aligning internal and external teams, managing dependencies, and pushing through blockers. You will be accountable for getting integrations live and ensuring they are stable, scalable, and built the right way from the start.
• Be the technical lead for our partners: You will act as the primary technical point of contact for vendors, working directly with their engineering and product teams. You’ll align on integration strategy, guide implementation decisions, and step in when challenges arise to keep things moving forward.
• Ensure integrations stay reliable over time: You will monitor API usage, track integration health, and put the right processes in place to support vendors long term. This includes managing API updates, reducing recurring issues, and improving visibility into integration performance.
• Continuously improve the ecosystem: Beyond individual integrations, you will make it easier for vendors to work with EliseAI. You’ll improve documentation, add clear examples and troubleshooting guides, refine onboarding materials, and contribute to tools that simplify integration. You’ll also gather vendor feedback and help translate it into meaningful platform improvements.
