About The Position

We’re hiring an AI Partner Solution Engineer to lead AI-focused technical enablement and content creation for Zoom’s partner ecosystem. This role is for someone who deeply understands how AI is reshaping UCaaS and CX—and can translate Zoom’s AI capabilities into clear, practical, partner-ready guidance. Your primary mission: equip Zoom partners to confidently position, design, and deploy AI-powered Zoom solutions across meetings, phone, contact center, and workflows. You’ll turn complex AI concepts into usable content, hands-on labs, and real-world architectures that partners can actually sell and deliver. This role will communicate Zoom's AI strategy to our partner community. If you already know how Zoom AI Companion and Zoom’s CX stack work under the hood, you’ll feel right at home.

Requirements

  • Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience delivering AI solutions to customers or partners
  • 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, or Partner Engineering
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of AI in UCaaS and/or Contact Center (CX) environments
  • Experience creating technical enablement content for partners or customers
  • Deep familiarity with Zoom’s portfolio, including Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, and Platform
  • Working knowledge of Zoom AI Companion, AI summaries, analytics, and automation capabilities
  • Understanding of enterprise deployment considerations, security, compliance, and integrations within Zoom

Nice To Haves

  • Experience enabling global partner ecosystems
  • Background in competitive positioning vs Microsoft, Cisco, Google, or other UCaaS/CX providers
  • Hands-on experience building demos, labs, or automation using Zoom APIs or SDKs
  • You think in use cases, not features
  • You enjoy teaching and making complex topics feel simple
  • You’re proactive, opinionated, and comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • You collaborate tightly with Product, Technical Sales Enablement and Partner teams

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams to understand Zoom's approach to AI and how Zoom's AI strategy impacts Zoom's partner ecosystem.
  • Own the creation of AI-focused technical enablement content for Zoom’s global partner community
  • Develop labs, workshops, demo guides, reference architectures, bite-sized videos, and best-practice playbooks focused on Zoom AI use cases
  • Translate Zoom AI features into partner-ready narratives aligned to real customer outcomes
  • Continuously update content as Zoom AI capabilities evolve
  • Design and document AI-driven solutions across Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center (ZCC), Zoom Workplace, and the Zoom Platform
  • Explain how Zoom AI Companion works, where it adds value, and how it differs from competitive approaches
  • Guide partners on responsible AI, data handling and refinement, privacy, and governance within Zoom’s architecture
  • Continual prompt refinement and data hygiene
  • Cultivate relationships with internal teams to understand Zoom's approach to AI, roadmap items, and their impact on the market.
  • Translate that information into strategic guidance and enablement for our partner community.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic Zoom partners
  • Lead partner workshops, office hours, bootcamps, and technical deep dives
  • Enable partners to confidently compete in AI-driven UCaaS and CX deals
  • Maintain deep awareness of AI trends across UCaaS and CX, with strong competitive context
  • Help partners understand where Zoom AI wins, where it fits, and how to position it effectively
  • Provide feedback from partners back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and enablement strategy
