About The Position

Kognitos automates business operations using a hallucination-free neurosymbolic AI platform. Our solutions turn tribal and system knowledge into AI-refined automations using English as code, driving productivity and better decision-making. Our team includes top talent from Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and leading tech startups. As a Partner Solutions Engineer (SE) at Kognitos, you will serve as the technical counterpart to the Partner Manager, helping strategic and channel partners integrate, sell, and support our technology. You will combine technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to enable partners to deliver value through our platform and drive revenue. Your primary mission is to ensure partner technical success - from onboarding and enablement to co-selling and pre-sale support. You will act as a bridge between partners, product teams, and customer engineering to scale adoption and revenue through the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or partner technical enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of Automation Platforms, Integrations, APIs, and Enterprise architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies, automation, or workflow platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working with channel or technology partners (resellers, ISVs, system integrators).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical onboarding and certification training for new partners.
  • Develop and deliver enablement materials, including demos, solution architectures, and reference implementations.
  • Support partner readiness programs in collaboration with the Partner Manager.
  • Participate in partner-led customer engagements to provide pre-sales technical expertise.
  • Architect and demonstrate product integrations, APIs, and solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Assist partners in building proofs of concept (POCs) and solution demos.
  • Work with Partner Managers to develop joint technical go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Provide feedback from partners to internal product and engineering teams to influence roadmap and priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate new partner solution opportunities and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot partner technical issues and liaise with internal support teams.
  • Track and report on partner technical performance metrics (enablement completion, POC success, deployment adoption).
  • Ensure partners are self-sufficient and technically capable to drive customer success independently.
  • Travel as needed (partner meetings, co-sell engagements, industry events) within the U.S.
