About The Position

The Partner Solutions Engineer will be a key driver in our company’s growth strategy, responsible for helping customers and partners build high-value integrations with our platform. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll work closely with the GTM team during both the sales and post-sales process, ensuring partners can successfully leverage our APIs, embed our platform, and deliver measurable value. You will champion the partner and end-user experience, ensuring integrations are not just implemented but fully optimized to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably as a Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, or API-focused technical consultantStrong proficiency with APIs, webhooks, developer tools, and integration best practices; experience with SaaS platforms and B2B integrations is a plus
  • Proven ability to work closely with partners and internal teams to understand both business and end-user needs, and deliver actionable solutions that maximize adoption and impact
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and solve complex problems independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners, guiding them through API usage, integrations, and best practices to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to design, implement, and continuously monitor integrations, ensuring they are delivering maximum value and meeting both business and user experience goals
  • Advocate for the end-user experience within integrations, ensuring flows are intuitive, performant, and aligned with partner and customer needs
  • Work with the GTM team to evaluate partner technical requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, and provide demos to support the sales process
  • Ensure smooth partner onboarding, troubleshoot technical issues, monitor performance metrics, and make recommendations to improve adoption, engagement, and ROI
  • Develop technical guides, API documentation, and sample integrations that prioritize usability and help partners and customers succeed independently
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide feedback from partners and users, influence product roadmap, and prioritize enhancements to integrations
  • Track partner and user success metrics, identify friction points, and implement solutions to improve adoption, satisfaction, and overall impact
  • Stay current with trends in API integrations, developer experience, and partner ecosystems to continually enhance partner enablement and user experience
