How We Work At Proofpoint you’ll be part of a global team that breaks barriers to redefine cybersecurity guided by our BRAVE core values: Bold in how we dream and innovate Responsive to feedback, challenges and opportunities Accountable for results and best in class outcomes Visionary in future focused problem-solving Exceptional in execution and impact In this role, you will help define and operationalize use cases for AI within Partner Sales, beginning with internal GPT applications that centralize partner data such as NARR, certifications, renewals, business plans, and relevant public information into a single, searchable interface. You will support the evaluation of ROI, prioritization of use cases, and integration planning to ensure AI initiatives are aligned with measurable business outcomes. Success will be measured by clearly defined AI use cases, documented ROI frameworks, improved visibility into partner performance data, and increased adoption of AI-enabled sales tools across the partner organization.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in AI, sales operations, and applying emerging technologies to revenue and partner ecosystems
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into structured AI use cases and measurable outcomes
  • Comfort working with data sources, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to assess feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and think in terms of ROI and business impact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around data governance and operational accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), CRM platforms, sales enablement technologies, or data analytics tools is a plus
