About The Position

World Changers Church International (WCCI) and Creflo Dollar Ministries (CDM) are seeking a dynamic Partner Relations & eCommunity Manager to lead our Partner Relations team and strengthen digital engagement across our global eCommunity. This role combines leadership, community engagement, marketing coordination, and data-driven strategy to support and grow our ministry partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of management or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Comfortable managing digital communities and engaging with partners online.
• Experience with: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project)
• Experience with: Salesforce, Vision2, Ministry Platform
• Experience with: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Experience with: Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Experience with: Monday.com, Basecamp, XRM systems

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the Partner Relations team.
• Oversee department operations, projects, and workflows.
• Develop strategies to retain and grow ministry partnerships.
• Coordinate communication between CDM & WCCI to expand global partnership awareness.
• Moderate eCommunity platforms, including Facebook and monthly webinars.
• Monitor live ministry services to engage with partners and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing on partner communications, bulletins, and monthly letters.
• Prepare reports, data summaries, and presentations for leadership.
• Maintain accurate partner data, records, and tracking systems.
• Represent partnership programs at conventions and events.
